The Perfect Storm in Business

Business didn’t see it coming, did it?

The belief was that the management style for Boomers and Gen X would be passed on to YZ Generations. Wrong!!

We are in the middle of The Perfect Storm in Business. In 2015 the YZGen replaced Boomers as the largest portion of the work force.  In just 2 ½ years, in 2021, they will represent 76% of the labor force.

Another part of the equation – new technology applications will continue to influence all business types at a rapid pace.  Who embraces the new apps quickly?  The TechGen, of course!

We need them, plus they will be the only labor force in town.

• We help develop interpersonal skills to complement the YZ Generations technology skills
• We help create a stable team with complementary talents be created to execute the 5-year plan
• We help create a Retention Plan for the TechGen future leaders?
• We help reduce the team that changes every 16-24 months and costs $25,000 every time one young leader leaves the company?                                                                  

Andrew Gateriewictz has been a guest lecturer at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University because of his unique ability to use the visual communication process to increase the productivity of employees in the corporate world.  In the past year he has facilitated seminars for over 1,000 managers and interviewed more than 500 members of the YZGen. 

Becoming aware of the exorbitant amount of time employees spend trying to keep up with their corporate responsibilities, Mr. Gateriewictz wrote the book The Unfinished Work Week to improve efficiency and productivity in the work place.
